Ciao tutti e benvenuti al mio canale! Come state? Oggi ho un video molto speciale in cui spiego una canzone meravigliosa di Paolo Conte, cantautore italiano e forse il più importante del nostro tempo. Tu, cosa ne pensi? Sei d'accordo? Lasciami un commento su Paolo Conte e dimmi se ti piace questo video e la mia presentazione. Quali altre canzoni o cantautori dovrei presentare?
Hi everyone and welcome to the channel; I hope you're doing well! Today's is a very special video, a tribute to Paolo Conte and his song "La topolino amaranto". The title is translated in the video, along with the rest of the lyrics. Conte is an amazing singer-songwriter and I thought to take the opportunity to present one of his songs to help you learn more Italian. In the video I talk about Italian culture as well as the language, so please join me for a few minutes and leave me a comment about what you think. If you are learning Italian, I challenge you to answer one of the following questions in the comments: For beginners - What did you learn today? Why are you learning Italian? For intermediate - What surprised you about this video? How long have you been studying Italian language and culture? For advanced - Can you sing the song (or speak the text) as fast as I can or faster? Conte does a version where he "sings" it super fast. What other Italian songs should I cover in this series? See the video description for a few errata.

Welcome to my channel! Lately I've been publishing videos about music and mostly German music. In this video, however, I analyze a German sentence and point out some of the morphological and syntactical aspects. Here's the model sentence: Wörter sind in einem schriftlichen Text, wie z.B. diesem Satz, alle Buchstabenfolgen, die durch Zwischenräume voneinander getrennt sind.
In the English translation given here, note that the clauses appear in a different order. Translation: In a written text, such as this sentence, words are all sequences of letters that are separated from one another by a space. Durch = The preposition "through", or in this case "by" as it denotes the agent of the action word "separate". Errata: schriftlich(em) means "written", not spoken. / Genitiv (spelling).
